Craig Hopkins is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner.   He believes we are all intended to live life fully and freely in the moment.  When working with a client there is often that very special moment when something very deep shifts and a new way of being and seeing our world is experienced. This transformational moment is what makes this work worthwhile.  

Craig offers sessions for individuals and couples, as well as group workshops and retreats.  He has offices in Conifer, Denver and Boulder and also can work with clients remotely over Zoom.

Mindful Self-Awareness, often simply called Mindfulness, is the intentional practice of purposefully paying attention, without self- defeating judgement, to our experiences in the present moment. We cultivate this capacity through the practice of meditation. 

With the proper intention and attention, we will train ourselves to realize a greater degree of steadiness of mind, heart and action in life.

Over the course of six weeks, Cynde Denson, Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Coach, will guide participants through a systematic approach to mindfulness in the Insight meditation tradition. Experienced and beginning meditators are welcome! 

Each weekly 60-minute class will include a short teaching, meditation practice, and time for discussion. A simultaneous Zoom link will be set up for those who are unable to join in person.
