Yoga offers a way to come home to the body.
Through breath, mindful movement, and gentle awareness, these sessions invite a deeper relationship with both body and mind—cultivating presence, balance, and ease.
Drawing from slow-flow Vinyasa, traditional Hatha Yoga, and mindfulness practice, each session is tailored to support your individual needs. Modifications are always encouraged, and all levels of experience are welcome.
Cynde holds a 500-hour certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and a 60-hour teaching certification in Shambhava Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Over more than three decades of personal practice and teaching, she has studied and shared a wide range of hatha yoga traditions.
Private, semi-private, and occasional small group sessions are available by appointment:

"Cynde is the best teacher I have had. Her presence immediately calms and soothes me. She is so intuitive to what our needs are and she has this sense of knowing that is incredible. I would recommend Cynde as a life coach, meditation and yoga teacher. You will be happy you have Cynde as your guide and teacher."
"I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to take classes with Cynde, both in person and virtually. I love her teaching style. She helps the students become centered and peaceful; she explains the poses thoroughly . I feel as though my whole body has been "awakened.". I never feel rushed.. Attending Cynde's classes helps me feel more flexible, stronger and my balance is much better. Cynde's love and appreciation for yoga and meditation has rubbed off on me. I want to continue to do it for the rest of my life!"

"Cynde has a passionate but empathetic teaching style, effective both in person and on Zoom. She personalized my practice when I broke my knee cap by modifying postures to help keep me flexible and upbeat during my 12 week on-going recovery. If it becomes possible again, I trust she can guide me gently and safely to bend my knee enough for the child's pose."- Nancy, Exeter, NH
"Being an athlete, I’d considered yoga for years but never made the effort to make it happen. I knew from a cycling friend that it enhanced his strength and flexibility. I was glad I took the effort to join Cynde’s classes (my wife did as well). Cynde is a highly trained expert, a gifted and patient instructor who made the entry into a new and very interesting form of “exercise” (despite the fact that yoga is really much more than “exercise” as I quickly learned from Cynde) enjoyable. I was glad I took the time to invest in myself to learn from Cynde. I can highly recommend her classes, her style of instruction and moreover the insights she brings to her teaching"
