Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness offers a way to pause.


To step out of autopilot… and into a more direct, compassionate relationship with your life.


Through simple meditation practices, we begin to notice our thoughts, emotions, and patterns with greater clarity—creating space for choice, steadiness, and ease.


Over time, this awareness becomes something you can rely on—both in quiet moments and in the midst of everyday life.


These teachings are rooted in Buddhist psychology and the Dharma—the timeless teachings of truth—while being offered in a practical, accessible way that welcomes people of any background or belief.

Mindful Connection Circles

In a world that moves quickly, these circles offer a place to slow down.
Mindful Connection Circles are weekly gatherings for meditation, reflection, and authentic human connection—rooted in mindfulness and the spirit of spiritual friendship.


These are spaces to pause, breathe, and be supported… just as you are.
Whether you are new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, you are welcome here.

Each 60-minute session includes:

• Guided & Silent Meditation
A blend of gentle guidance and quiet practice

• Dharma Reflection
A short, accessible teaching to support insight and growth

• Connection & Sharing
Thoughtful, facilitated space for reflection and authentic connection

7:30 – 8:30 AM (Mountain Time)
A gentle and spacious start to the day—offering time to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a sense of ease and presence.

Monday: Grounding & Intention

8:00 – 9:00 AM (Mountain Time)
A steady and supportive start to the week—cultivating presence, clarity, and intention.

Join one or both—each circle offers a unique doorway into practice.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. Please save this email for future sessions—you will not need to re-register each week (though you’re always welcome to if needed).

Contribution (Dana)

in the tradition of generosity, These circles are offered on a voluntary contribution (dana) basis.  Dana is the ancient spiritual practice of giving from the heart—an invitation to support what you value in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.


If it’s helpful to have a guideline, a suggested contribution is $10–$15 per session. Most importantly, please know that everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to give. Your presence is what matters most. 


If you feel resourced to give more, you are warmly welcome to do so.

One-on-One Support for What Matters Most


In these personalized mindfulness mentoring sessions, we begin exactly where you are—whether you’re navigating stress, grief, transition, overwhelm, or simply longing for greater clarity and connection in your life.


Together, we bring compassionate awareness to what is unfolding, using mindfulness, meditation, and heart-centered inquiry to explore the challenges you are facing.


This is not one-size-fits-all guidance.


Each session is a collaborative and supportive space where we tailor simple yet meaningful practices to your unique experience—so that mindfulness becomes something you can rely on not only in meditation, but in the messy, beautiful flow of daily life.


Whether you are wanting to soften self-judgment, shift reactivity, reconnect with purpose, or learn how to pause and come home to yourself, mindfulness mentoring can offer both refuge and a way forward.

• Turning toward difficulty with greater courage and compassion
• Understanding patterns of stress and reactivity
• Learning practices that fit your life
